        I purchased a car from Southern car sales about 4 weeks ago. Unfortunatley there was an issue with the car and it had to be returned. I personally don't think the garage knew about the issue as it took to drive 500 miles before it became apparent. The Staff were very understanding and the car was collected to be assessed. It took and while and it still hadn't been fixed. I decided I needed a refund, so I could purchase another car. They gladly obliged and I had my money back within a couple of Days. Tim was great and kept me informed of every thing going on. A bit disappointed as I didn't get the car I wanted. But they were very polite and professional and sorted out what they could as quick as they could. I would of happily bought another car from them, had they had what I was looking for in stock. Dave

        I bought a Jaguar XF, I negotiated a deal with Craig regarding my part exchange. It was dealt with quickly and smoothly. I arranged to collect the car a week later. The handover was dealt with by Tim and was done quickly and efficiently. There was a couple of small issues that needed doing. We arranged a date they left me a courtesy car and resolved the issues within 24 hours. All in all very happy with the service provided and I love my Jag.

        Southern Car Sales have a good selection of very well presented cars. Tim the salesman there was really very helpful, sending loads of extra pictures and videos and answering my many questions before I travelled a fair distance to view a car they had. The car was as described, very tidy and fairly priced. Overall great customer service.
