Lime Tree House Residential Home

I am a hairdresser who visits Lime Tree House frequently to do the hair of the residents. Over the many years I have visited I have always received a very warm welcome. When I started to visit again after lockdowns I was impressed with how seriously they took the hygiene measures and the Covid testing. The staff always have time for residents and it feels like happy place to live.

My mother in law seems very settled at Lime Trees we see her enjoying the organised events and entertainments wich seem very varied . Pat loves the food and says she gets lots of tea and biscuits She always looks well cared for

Lime Tree House is a home for its residents. And not a work place for the very dedicated caring staff. I have always received a warm welcome whenever I have visited the home. Checking my temperature, and LFT. Lime Tree House is filled with a wonderful atmosphere.

Lime Tree House is a wonderful place to reside. An outstanding home is not about the building, chandaliers and flashy interiors, its about the love, respect and care given to its residents. It's about the staff seeing the residents as individuals, showing empathy, taking an interest and seeing beyond their needs. It's about management listening and responding, being proactive and striving for the highest standards. Lime Tree House offers all these things. My father is so happy there. Thank you!
