        On my way back from Ringmer, knowing I had a slow puncture, I took a chance and drove in to JWR tyres yard! What a first class experience. Very friendly approach .. I was expecting to buy a new tyre but Jim was certain it could be repaired ..he was determined to save me money... And he did! I've never seen anyone take so much care and pride in their work (of this nature) and both Jim and (his son?) made changing/mending a tyre look like a beautiful work of art. Their genuine engagement with other customers was so refreshing to witness .. I'm almost looking forward to returning for another tyre change! Certainly glad I took a chance ...

        There can never be enough praise for Jim and Ed. They are 100% meticulous in everything from start to finish. I traveled 100 miles return from my home today and wouldn't hesitate to double that if I ever had to. They are, "simply the best" Robin Sheldon
