I cant recommend this company highly enough! From start to finish they have been so professional, friendly and kept us up to date on the process! They have done the most incredible job replacing single glazed sash windows with new ones on a very wonky old house and went above and beyond to make them look amazing by doing extra work around a window fitted into a stone wall that was being held up by the original window frame! Honestly could not have asked for a better service! Thank you so much we are delighted!

Avoid. While the product is decent from Clarks, its of a similar quality and price from other vendors. Unfortunately where Clarks fall very short is after-sales support. I've attempted to get some clear information from the team, especially Simon, and comes are either ignored or once you pin someone down, they act like you're disturbing their day by asking them a couple of simple questions. This is after 20,000 purchase of patio doors and 9 windows for one renovation.
