Fantastic service and friendly advice. Looking for a nice piece of beef brisket for a recipe. They were only too happy to cut down the piece to the size I wanted and to show it to me clearly. Great value and tasted fabulous.

I was visiting my elderly aunt and my cousins, whilst on a visit to Lewes today. My cousin wants some sausages, so I went in with her to this butcher. What great service, friendly and helpful, such a fabulous change to what I get here in West London. Such a fabulous range of fresh produce and I came home with eight beautiful sausages, which will make two excellent meals, unless I make a sausage casserole, so it could be more! Ill definitely be back on my next visit, for sure. Thanks for the great service and chat!

Brilliant family owned butchery, with a fantastic range of meats, sausages, cures, pies, local produce and veg - not to mention the boys, Darren and Peter, who have the best sense of humour.

Great and friendly service, the pasty and pork pie are to die for and they also stock smoked salmon from springs smokery
