Anyone running their own business knows that most of the time, its better to decide a course of action than the alternative. BUT as time moves on, there can be unintended consequences for a brand, as other things flow off a decision made for a specific scenario, which somehow then become the way we work. That was certainly our reality here at AQUAPAX, and I found it illuminating and incredibly helpful to work with Mark and Glenn at TOMANGO on a strategic marketing review / sense check for AQUAPAX brand direction and digital comms. Beneath Marks calm demeanour is a sharp and insightful marketing brain which saw him challenging our varied channel directions, and more specifically, tailoring our messages to meet different AQUAPAX audiences. The TOMANGO Team are a boutique agency who are on top of their game. I have no reservations in recommending Mark for a strategic review as we had, or indeed for any other of their high calibre strategic digital insights / outputs.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Mark from Tomango on a 4-hour engagement as part of a Digital Islands Growth initiative. The brief was to help us develop some clarity around our value proposition so that we could drive lead generation when prospecting from a defined segment of audience. Mark was very professional and easy to work with, and had an excellent manner of stepping us through the various elements of defining both our value proposition\points of difference as well as our key messages. Our relationship with Tomango revolves around the design, development, ongoing hosting and support of three bespoke assessment platforms. These are vital in enabling our learners to complete portfolio-based assessments, and apprenticeship end-point assessments, online. Their level of professionalism, customer service and standard of work has been consistently excellent whether completing scheduled work or actively suggesting improvements. Highly recommended.
