Weve just had a faultless service from Brighton Balustrades. At the initial survey I received friendly advice about materials and installation, followed up with a CAD Drawing to help me visualise what the new balustrade would look like - all completed in a few days. An installation date was set 1 month after the survey and was maintained (with the understanding that install can only be completed in dry weather). The 2 installers Darcy and Patrick were lovely chaps who both took some time to engage with my disabled and Autistic stepson as he was very interested in what they were doing. They encountered a couple of issues during installing (in terms of the surface they were fixing the balustrade to) which were swiftly resolved with absolutely no fuss and no increase in costs. They even enhanced the look of the surface they were adding the balustrade to, which was totally unexpected but did certainly improve the final look. All completed in less than a day (approx 6 metres). We are not only extremely pleased with how our new balustrade has improved our enjoyment of the garden but also with the choice of Brighton Balustrades. Im not a habitual review writer so trust me when I say, if youre after a new balustrade - look no further than Brighton Balustrades.

The service and professionalism and quality for the balustrade that I have had installed at my home were all first class. From the first contact and survey to the final finish, these guys are exceptional. The glass and steel balustrade was installed 3 months ago now and I waited before writing this to get feedback from friends and neighbours. Everything said has been positive about the finished look, it's amazing. Thank you Kyle and your team for a great job.

A fantastic job done by Brighton Balustrade's, the end result is a really high quality glass and stainless steel balustrade system which perfectly compliments our raised decking area. Would recommend Kyle and the team to anyone who was looking for a high end finish to an outside area. Special thanks to their fitter Pat who came to us on a wet Saturday morning, was superbly professional and fitted the balustrade with a high level of skill to create the finish we were looking for.

Great company and a great product. Survey was carried out swiftly after initial enquiry and installation a few weeks later was very efficient. The staff are very pleasant and the conscientious installers were very efficient and tidy. We thoroughly recommend this company and were already planning another project with them.
