        It is the first time of visiting so only had a drink. The staff were friendly so will definitely go back to try the food.

        Proper pub with proper beer and pub grub. Ate twice whilst on holiday in the area, roast dinner was nice, but the pies were lovely! Good portion size and dog friendly too!

        14.95 for scampi and chips, update the price on your website! Undercooked chips, limp bit of lettuce and cold peas, scampi ok but not worth the price. My mother said her cottage pie was very dry vegetables not good, my father's meal overcooked chicken and limp salad, we will not be going back again. It used to be good food here, not anymore.
