KnL Hardwood Logs

I ordered 3 cubic meters(Loose) of Hardwood logs from KnL which was delivered to me loose on the back of a pickup truck, I did question the drivers mate as I thought it did nt seem to be what I had ordered, he assured me that it was 3 cube.mtrs. I paid them cash. I then stacked them in my main wood store , which holds 2 cube.mtrs stacked(max) which did nt take long, on measuring KnL's delivery it equated to 1.58 cube.mtrs, I then photographed it and rang KnL telling them that I was short by at least 0.6 cube.mtrs, they said it was correct and they use a digger bucket that hold exactly 1.0 cube.mtrs loose when levelled off, I still said they were short, I told them that 3 cube loose equates to 2.2 cube when stacked, they said they would bring me a top up the following saturday, 5 or six calls on I am still waiting since their first delivery around Christmas, I dont think I will be recommending KnL Hardwood Logs to anyone, my next step I have warned them is to report this to the Weights & Measures Authority as I don't expect to see a refund or the logs, I thought it necessary to write this review to warn people that buying loose logs is open to abuse buy the sellers
