        We had a lovely stay for Christmas and New Year in cosy, very peaceful Pheasant Cottage, set in hundreds of acres of the owners' farm land. Countryside surroundings are beautiful and our dog loved running around the adjacent field and going on local walks. The Railway Tavern at Aby (10 minutes drive) is fantastic - lovely owners, wonderful food. Sandy beaches e.g. Huttoft (great cafe) and Mablethorpe are only 20 minutes drive and Lincoln 45 minutes. The perfect location for exploring Lincolnshire Wolds and beyond.
