Used this taxi firm for my daughers wedding on Sunday 19th August 2018. Very disappointing, I ordered 2 taxis but due to 2 guests being poorly and having to go home early it was to late to cancel one of them. They both arrived and the guy driving the SUV was very short mannered regarding this matter and emphasised quite abruptly that I would still have to pay which I had no issue with.He wouldn't let me in the van until I did so. We then got in the van and around 3 miles into our journey I thought I had lost or forgot my bag with the house keys in, he was not amused when I asked him to turn around (to me he didn't want to be doing this journey and just wanted to get home). However I found my bag and for the rest of the journey he drove erratically and sang to the radio and got annoyed when the signal went and he could sing no more. But what really annoyed me was when we got to our destination he wouldn't go up the track and I had to walk in stocking feet down the dirt road (as I had left my shoes at the venue). It cost me 75 and I didn't get a lift to my front door not impressed.
