        Absolutely disgusted by this firm. Not only was my entire booking paid for and confirmed well in advance, but they totally messed up, and put my booking "on the wrong day"... Jason agreed a refund due to their error, and a month on I'm still waiting as they can not stick to their word. They ruined the surprise we had booked, and now their shoddy customer "service" is the icing on the cake! I've never received such appalling service from a company and both Ashley and Jason should be totally ashamed! Disgusting way to run a business and even worse so, lying... Anyone who's considering ordering from this company I urge you to be careful. They are nothing short of thieves, liars and con men....
