I had an ear irrigation gone wrong and was suffering in absolute agony for about 5 days up until I found this place, James was great and was happy to help me and booked me in asap. I am no longer in pain, will be coming back in future should I ever need my ears unblocked again! Thank you so so much.

Recently Swindon Hearing was highly recommended to me for ear wax removal. From my first phone call to make the appointment, I felt at ease as the receptionist was so courteous and helpful. At the appointment James was skilful, courteous and thorough, following up my treatment with a hearing test. Nothing was too much trouble, and I wasnt rushed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has hearing problems.

Couldnt rate my experience high enough! Very easy to book online. The 2 ladies on reception over the 2 visits in 2 days were very friendly and helpful on arrival and on the phone with my query. James was brilliant all round with his knowledge, information and patience with a very stubborn build up in one of the ears that took a lot of expertise and multiple methods to budge. James persistence with this was second to none. Many thanks guys youve made what was gonna be a pretty painful bank holiday weekend into a very happy one instead! Highly recommended!
