I have worked with Bryan on several projects now and his knowledge and helpfulness is brilliant. Nothing is a bother to him and the workmanship and reputation of Budget windows speaks for itself.

DO NOT USE - we are owed over 20,000 by the company despite constant reassurances by Mike who we understand is the Company Director that the windows would be installed/refund given. We have 'unsafe' scaffolding around our house which the company have failed to remove and which poses a serious safety issue to the children living next door to us. Good luck getting decent fitters who are prepared to work for Budget as they have such a bad reputation!!

Cowboys. They never registered our installation for the insurance backed guarantee and then went into administration and stopped returning phone calls. I notice their website is still live. Stay well clear.

Update 29 October 2021: I can see from the replies that the company seems to be now under new ownership. We are still owed 540 and no one is talking to us and our garden door still hasn't been replaced. What are we supposed to do? This is so unfair. Surely there must be a procedure that companies have to follow when they cease trading while owing creditors. --End update I need some help please! These guys were supposed to install our door on 6th August and they took over 300 deposit from us. They have not been responding to us since. Anyone has any advice what our next course of action should be to get our money back? I have seen someone's review here saying that they have ceased trading.

These people took over 20,000 for our windows and have run off with all the money. My only "advice' is don't use as this is a serious amount to lose. If you have used and paid by credit card check with your bank...
