Our Mia loves it there since her first camp day last year. (She is 4.5 ) Place is great. The staff really nice too . I was very surprised the second time we came ( second half term ) that the girl on the door recognized Mia , and Mia recognized her. I am just about to book May half term now. I wish I had such great options as a child .

The facility of this place is good in the area. But in terms of the people who were leading the camp, I found them beyond disappointing. Put it more appropriately, I felt deeply disturbed and concerned. My son was the first time going to a camp. When I explained to young man who's at his early 20s that "it's my son's first time" and "both I and he were nervous". The guy barely raised his head to say a word. He only asked me to sign the form and then told me "ok there, your son is mine now" and that's it. There was a "Know About You Form" sent through in their registration email. I had properly filled the form but only realised afterwards they were not bothered about the filled form and they had no intention to really get to know the little ones. At the end of the first day, my son was really sad sitting in my car (He is a very giggly boy normally. I had never seen him so genuinely "sad" before). Nobody played with him the entire day... I know they might expect the children to be quite independent, but if you take children of this young age, you are committed to take care of them and make them happy as I paid a big sum, not to turn him into a sad boy at the end of the day. The second day was alright. The last day my son had a fight with another bigger girl and he got his nose bruised because the girl hit him. When I went to collect him, he came to me crying and said he just wanted to leave the place. Nobody noticed what had happened after I went around to ask. Until an older lady noticed and came forward to ask. In the end, she took the little girl in front of us and made her apologise. That day the temperature was above 24C. My son was wearing a short-sleeve t-shirt on top of a long sleeve as the morning was cool when we left home. By the time when he was picked up around 5-6pm, the staff put on top those two layers another layer of Willows Farm t-shirt and an additional layer of safety vet on him. 4 layers in a hot day, it's just insane! You would wonder if the carers had cared at all! Plus, apart from the first day there was a sign-in form ready to be signed, the following two mornings they somehow just couldn't manage to print the two pages of A4 paper. No sign-in was done with anyone. It was just unbelievable. The facility is fantastic. But honestly, I will not send my son to this heartless place ever again. It's just disturbing they make money out of this children without giving the basic in return. There are plenty of other good camps to book. We've done with this one.
