Bought a used spotting scope today. Pleased with condition and warranty. Knowledgeable member of staff who was very helpful setting it up so I could view the quality of optics. Would visit again. Got lost as Google Maps pin is in the wrong position. Helpful phone directions. Go into Willows Activities Farm and keep left at fork heading for "Deliveries". In Focus is in a low wood building. 5* service.

A little tricky to find, but worth a visit if you are looking for binoculars or spotting scopes. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and allowed us to try a number of binoculars well under our stated budget though we didn't know this until we tried them all! Pleasant surprise! There was no pressure to buy and he kindly stayed open 30mins extra to allow us to finish trying items. Although you can find the same binoculars online slightly cheaper, the ability to test and compare is invaluable and worth the extra - very help with our purchase. Will head back if we decide to get a 2nd pair.
