        Great gym, very friendly and approachable, ideal for women and men who want to get fitter & stronger. Its small classes and not full of body builders but normal people. Parking is outside and its a convenient location. Trainers are all lovely and have a back ground in physio so injuries are much less likely to happen.

        All the team at Move Well are absolutely fantastic. Its a brilliant set up - small PT style classes with a mix of everything and a friendly welcome every time you come in the door. If youre local to St Albans, this is the gym to join!

        An ideal offering of weights, cardio, stretch, body strengthening small PT classes. A fantastic set-up with awesome equipment as well as professional, personable and motivating trainers. Move Well is the only gym Ive been a member of where I truly get a decent workout, thoroughly enjoy being there and finish a class excited for the next one! Oh! And they stock Lululemon. Whats not to love?

        Wow - what a great gym! My expectations have been well and truly exceeded! Everything about this gym is fantastic and there is a real sense of community here which makes for a great environment to train in. There are different types of class to choose from, so there really is something for everyone. Going to the gym is no longer daunting or something I put off - I am now energised to go my sessions. I really am so glad I found this gym!
