        I still haven't received my complete order - Today is two months after I made my payment. Stay away from such companies. A complete negative opinion is the only thing that can be said about them.

        I just called Merrick and Day with a question about some blinds I'm making and the lady I spoke to was so lovely and helpful, and very reassuring! I have been so pleased with the ordering process and the customisation options offered have been great. So glad I won't have to cut down my roman blind kit as this service is offered free of charge! I use the Merrick and Day Encyclopaedia of Curtains all the time and it's great to know you guys have an online resource that is just as helpful. Thank you again!
