Mark and Tinas excellent organisational skills made all of the funeral arrangements totally stress free for us, they took care of everything. They listened to how we wanted the service to be conducted and they covered every detail. On the day of the funeral, their kind and calm manner, made us all feel at ease, their timing of the service was spectacular, the day just went by so smoothly with out a hitch. Mark and Tina were kindness itself after my family suffered a bereavement. They were extremely helpful during the planning process, and the day itself was very moving and went smoothly. Tina visited our house several times for an initial chat, then for planning, and collecting various items. Mark likewise popped by to drop items off, making my family's life a lot easier. I can't recommend them highly enough.

SIX STARS. This isn't a service anyone hopes they need but if you do ... Tina and Mark I don't believe can be rivalled. Compassion, care, kindness, extraordinary patience dealing with different members of the family. On the day of my father's funeral they acted like guardians ... not only doing the coffin and hearse bit but also keeping guests in check when things could have got out of hand. Wonderful communication. Nothing was too much trouble. Nothing. Thank you very much to both.

Tina and Mark are really kind helpful and very professiona. They came to our house to go through the process of a funeral so helpful, i could visit my wife whenever i wanted they even let her beloved dog sit by her coffin. Thank you so Tina and Mark.

Mark and Tina came into ours lives when we lost our beloved Mum. I cannot express how amazing these two people are, they scoop you up and do not let go until you can walk again. They are such caring special people and we will be eternally grateful to them.
