Ananti is an amazing yoga teacher and her many years of experience really shines through. She is warm, welcoming and her classes are dynamic. She cares about her students and gives different options to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. You will learn so much from her, I highly recommend her classes!

Really enjoyed the Pregnancy Yoga with Ananti and found it really helpful throughout my pregnancy and during labour. Definitely recommend. The breathing techniques provided were brilliant. Ananti also tailored classes to help with any issues during pregnancy and how they could be overcome. I enjoyed meeting other ladies in the class and and looked forward to the classes every week.

I was really looking forward to starting these classes but was disappointed with the terrible time-keeping by both teachers. The teachers themselves are friendly and welcoming and the content of the class was good and enjoyable, but we would start at least 10 minutes late and finish usually 10 - 15 minutes late each session. The last two classes I attended the instructor didn't even turn up until 6.35, and then had to unpack all the mats etc. We didn't get started until 6.50. When you're paying 15 per class, you expect it to at least run to time and get value for money. Such as shame as I feel I need the content, but I wouldn't book again with such slack organisation.

I really enjoyed the classes during my pregnancy they helped with sleep and aches and pains I had. Breathing techniques were amazing during labour and generally to deal with pain. I didnt appreciate the relaxation part until 3rd tremester.
