Adele Yoga

Adele is such a lovely colleague. She is always willing to share knowledge, good practice and resources with other teachers. She truly believes that there is enough yoga in the world for everyone and that therefore there is never any need to be territorial about clients and classes. She is always willing to pass clients on to other yoga teachers if she is unable to provide for them at the time. She is a teacher and colleague who is generous and truly wants the best for all those she works with.

As Fitness Manager of Nuffield Health, I cant recommend Adele enough! Ive worked with many fitness professionals in my career and Adele Yoga is def one of my favourites. Clients & customers flock to her and love her classes. She always has a wonderful smile on her face and is excellent at what she does. A true professional and a joy to work with.
