        I started yoga with Natasha a few years ago and I only wish Id discovered her sooner! She is a fantastic teacher, always sharing new things shes discovered in order to help her students and improve her own practice. She manages to make her lessons both challenging and incredibly relaxing at the same time, all with a certain level of humour. Its the perfect mix! I cant recommend her enough and Im so glad I found her.

        I've been attending Yoga with Natasha for several years, and love her classes. Not only is every lesson different, we also learn different poses from other styles too, to give a complete understanding of meditation. I'm still a beginner and it is an honour to be part of Natasha's yoga journey.
