Thrive with Simon

My name is Nicole and the Thrive Program with Simon was highly recommended to me by a mutual acquaintance. Ive been managing various anxieties and phobias for most of my life and had been looking for healing for many years. Although counseling had been helpful, it seemed to me to be too slow and I had come to a place of wanting to make long lasting changes. I have come to realize that so many beliefs and thoughts Id had about myself and the world had been self defeating and sabotaging. I felt quite hopeless and helpless and without tools to make changes. Because of this program, Im now in a place where I feel powerful and in control of my thoughts, feelings and reactions. My outer world has responded as well. My family and friends noticing many positive things in me, although interestingly, they cant quite put their finger on it! There has been a fundamental shift for me at my very foundation. A big part of thriving for me was discovering how Ive not fully taken responsibility for my life and felt defeated. I now have a clear picture of how its been up to me all along. Simon was warm, kind, knowledgeable and professional. A person who has gone through the program years ago, he was relatable, honest and forthcoming with his experience. I found myself looking forward to our weekly meetings knowing that I was working hard and had a personal cheerleader and mentor to guide me through the process. Ive already recommended Thrive to many friends and family around the globe. It is a unique and powerful program that would be helpful to everyone.
