I worked through the programme with Cara and it was amazing! I feel like a different person, so much calmer and less anxious, and Cara has really helped to build my confidence. Having a structured approach to the course was really useful for me, and I looked forward to my sessions with Cara. Can highly recommend for anyone wanting to feel more in control of their life and their emotions.

I did the Thrive programme as I was feeling unhappy with myself, lacking in confidence and fairly negative. Since seeing Cara, I feel so much happier, more confident, positive in my outlook and approach to live. I honestly feel if the programme was taught at all schools there wouldn't be so many troubled young people with mental health issues,so widely reported nowadays. Cara is amazing and whilst the programme is challenging Cara makes it great fun. I can not recommend it or Cara enough.

I can't recommend Cara enough. I went to see Cara with worries and stresses that kept me awake at night. I analysed my problems over and over again, but I just couldn't gain any clarity. The first time I met Cara she told me Thrive would provide me with the clarity I needed. I must admit I was scepticle as I couldn't understand how this would be possible, but she was right. Cara made me see that my thinking styles were the main contributor to my stress and anxiety, and taught me how to recognise and stop the negative thinking styles, something I truly believe everyone should be taught. It sounds like a cliche, but Thrive literally changed my life, my foundations are stronger, which means my coping skills are stronger.

I recently completed the Thrive programme with Michelle. I can honestly say it changed my life. The Thrive programme helps you improve all areas of your life- even those you didn't realise you needed help with! I feel much more confident than before, and better able to deal with stressful or challenging situations. I feel happier, more positive and even have more energy. My whole outlook on life has changed. I've stopped worrying about little things. My relationships with others have improved. Michelle is non-judgemental, supportive, and challenging when she needs to be. I felt very comfortable going to the clinic which has a very calming, relaxed and friendly feel. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Michelle.

This book is amazing and totally different to every other self-help book Ive read, and Ive read a few!! I started the Thrive programme as I felt I had lost my sense of identity, confidence and self-esteem. I had gone from a high profile job in the city to being a stay at home mum of two toddlers and as much as I loved looking after them I felt I had lost my confidence and began to fear the thought of going back to work. Everyone told me I was mad and that I would be great again once I got back into it but I needed to get rid of all of the negative thoughts and the anxious feeling I constantly had in my stomach every time it was mentioned. I also thought I was a very positive person, I soon realised that I portrayed a great image to the outside world and supported everyone else but on the inside it was a very different story. Cara took me through the Thrive programme and I cannot thank her enough. She was very supportive and week by week I began to feel stronger and good about myself. It also helped me to understand my partner better and his thinking styles. Thrive programme is a great book that you can work through fairly quickly, and it explains everything in simple terms. Cara took me though a six week course and the results have been fantastic. I am using the techniques and the some of them are pretty much instant. I was so excited when I finished the course, my social anxiety had almost disappeared and my low self-esteem gone. Its not to say that every now and again a negative thought doesnt pop up but I know how to handle these now and I think about these for a minute rather than it spoil my whole day. I am keen to read the book again and again as I firmly believe that the more you read this the happier and more confident you will feel. Its only now that I realise that I am in control of my happiness and successes and that it was my own negative thoughts that were holding me back. Thank you Cara and Rob for this amazing experience.
