great service i absolutely loved my acrylics and the lady that did my nails was very attentive and checked everything was okay. its now my go to place for when in get my nails done.

I had an appointment for my gel nails to be done today at 12pm. I came a bit earlier and had to wait until 12:25 pm to be served. It was fine as I saw they were busy. Eventually, a Chinese lady asked me to sit in front of her whilst she was finishing nails for another client. She asked me what I wanted to be done. I said a French manicure but with the bottom brown. She told me that it would not look right with brown and white colour. I replied that I am the one who choose the colour and I would like it to be done in this way. Eventually, when she finished with her customer she started serving me. She cut my nails a bit and started using utensils to polish them. She did not use any disinfectant to clean the utensils, she had used on previous customers. I noticed that they were dirty and powered. I asked her to do so. She felt offended and replied to me that it was fine to use her tools without cleaning or disinfected them and she told me that I could leave if I was not happy with it. I left but told her that it was not an hygienic way to work and that all tools should be disinfected after use for any customer. It is not long ago we were in the pandemic and everyone was conscious about hygiene. I went to a competitor and told them the story that met me at Miracle Nails and I was served properly and all tools were disinfected in front of me before they used them. What a shame that Miracle Nails does not follow hygienic rules as this business is quite popular but they do not care how they jeopardise customers' nails who use their service, which means they do not respect the health of their customers. I feel no respect to the lady, she should be ashamed. Below I attached photos of my new manicure which I am delighted with and disagree with the lady at Miracle Nails, who said that brown and white do not go together. I would not be able to recommend them to anyone. Reply to the owner's answer: How sad it is that some people only see the faults in others and cannot see it in themselves. I strongly disagree that I was not polite. In addition, I would like to inform you that I made an appointment a week in advance at 12 noon, I came a little earlier, but I had to wait longer for the service. If you're the one who wants to teach me manners, where are they on your staff? First of all, I didn't even mention that I'm displeased with your staff's delay, but it would be nice to hear an apology for the delay or something (where is your client's time respected here??). I must stress that I understood what the Chinese woman was saying to me and that she refused to disinfect or clean the tools I asked her to. If she did, then why would I move to another facility when I've waited long enough at yours? I hope you don't mean to tell me that it was in your establishment that I behaved inappropriately so as not to be served by your staff ? Secondly, I was invited to the chair next to the client where her outerwear was left, and I respectfully inform you that, it is not my job to move or clean up your clients' clothing, it was suggested to me by this Chinese woman. So before you start teaching others manners and reacting with a smile, I recommend taking a closer look at your behaviour in your environment. Nevertheless, I am pleased that you have implemented hygiene measures in your facility and therefore I hope that future customers will not suffer from this. Service: Gel manicures
