My Mothers home for the past 3 years 4 month has been Seymour House. She passed away sadly yesterday thankfully in the home at not at the hospital. My mother was critically ill my father and I are very grateful that although the Doctor suggested hospital they agreed to keep her which was our wish. I cannot praise the whole staff here enough, each and every one of them go above and beyond everyday and every minute . Im meaning managers, carers, cleaners, maintenance, cook and anyone I havent mentioned literally everyone who works here. There are some very special people and there are too many to name in here you know who you are massive thank you to those closest to her. To all of you thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I can honestly say that the whole time my mother was at Seymour I never worried about my Mums care as I knew she had the very best at Seymour. We are actually both sad that we no longer have a reason to visit, to us all the staff at Seymour are our extended family and we will truly miss you. I am sure we will pop by from time to time but in the meantime thank you from the bottom of our hearts. PS. If Dad/Denis ever needs to go in care then there is only one place we would happily go and that not surprisingly is Seymour hopefully you would take him . Massive thank you and much love to all of you x

My Mother Joyce has been a resident here for the last 8 years. I have been very happy with her care and all the staff. My mum is in the last stages of DEMENTIA and they have enabled this to be an easier process because my mother has been calm and happy due to her care.
