        Brilliant opticians, thank you. Diptan was very kind in his manner and delivery of his diagnosis. He gave a thorough assessment and explanation. The rest of the team were also brilliant, and the Practice Manager was especially helpful and patient whilst I tried on a million pairs of glasses. Big thanks to the lovely Rickmansworth team... I would recommend them to anybody for excellent customer care and service.

        Super friendly staff and very very helpful. I was visiting London to see a gig at Wembley (Foo Fighters Taylor Hawkins Tribute) and stupidly forgot my contact lenses back home up north. After trying loads of Opticians I finally spoke to Wendy, and herself and the team helped me out, so I could go to the gig specs free and contact lens happy. Thank you so much Wendy, you made my day and night.

A thorough examination and review was required due to some medical issues and everything was explained with great detail and compassion.
