        Mencap is a nice place to go if you have children or adults with a disability there can help you. There have days out and there is a lot going on in there and there have a coffee morning with things going on in there. And there books to read in there and there have verey good volunteers that help in there to and there are toilets in there to and the bus stops outside there or you can get the train there to
