Forever Warm and his team did a great job replacing my furnace and installing a new heating unit. They were very friendly and professional. They worked very hard throughout the 4.5 hour install. Took the time to explain their work, how to operate my new HVAC system and answer my questions at the end of the install.

I am extremely satisfied with the result of the renovation of our bathroom. The quality is right and at a fair price - all in all a very positive experience that I can highly recommend.

Quoted but didnt turn up to do the job. Ignored my three phone calls to confirm what time the team would arrive in the days leading up to the install and sent an e-mail the evening before stating as a company youd ceased trading. This is actually what happened. If you had of phoned me and said you had a supply problem I would have waited? Answering my phone call would have been appreciated and not e-mailing me at 17:30 the night before the boiler was supposed to be installed.

What a fantastic company! Every single person we dealt with from start to finish. From what was such a challenging situation they made it so easy for my mother to get her boiler fixed! (It was such a big job) Sean organised it all and was very helpful throughout. Andy and his son were fantastic Ive never met 2 workers so genuine! They were considerate, friendly, accommodating, informative, helpful and so professional! I could not recommend this company or the people more!
