Rubbish service left parcel on doorstep it was not left in safe place that I instructed it is lucky that nobody stole my parcel. Never going to use this service again

I wish everyone working at the Royal Mail to be as knowledgeable and friendly and the people working at the Rickmansworth branch ! Hats off to them !

Got there 5 minutes before they close. Stayed for less than a minute. Love the efficiency.

What kind of place is open for only 2 hours a day?? And the delivery drivers never bother knocking! On several occasions I waited at home all day for a package that I urgently needed just to find the red slip through the door after they didnt knock!
