Extremely pleased with Distinctive Interiors Rickmansworth. From the first encounter with Emily in the Rickmansworth showroom, through to the measuring of my blinds, the discussions around the products, confirmation of installation and finally the actual installation, a professional courteous and positive customer service and experience from all I dealt with. The blinds are fab and wonderful. So pleased with them. Thank you.

I would like to say how pleased I was with the service from Distinctive recently. I was buying a roller blind for my bathroom, and was given helpful advice by Emily in the showroom. I took home lots of fabric samples which made choosing from the extensive ranges much easier. A chap came and measured up and my order was placed. A few weeks later the fitter came and the blind was expertly installed. It looks great! Thanks to all the team at Distinctive! Ive now had full curtains and 2 blinds installed by them , and Im very happy with the results!

Poor customer service took no responsibility for curtain poles that had tarnished after 18 months spent almost one thousand pounds on certain and poles, the pole looks like an old piece of iron bar. I have since purchased 2 sets of curtains and curtain poles and cousins covers from John Lewis. So much for supporting my local High Street.
