update - i think i spoke to soon. the measurements had been inputted wrong, meaning that the cabinets provided were 10cm too large and do not fit. this has delayed my kitchen for weeks now, they say they are out of stock of the cabinet that i was supposed to have received. i have emailed to chase it up twice and received no reply, today i have called and spoken to Jordan who does seem to be making an effort to locate me the cabinet i need. the kitchen is very small and within which we had a "custom designed cabinet" to house our boiler and washing machine in one which made fantastic use of the space we have however there is no way to attach the doors to the frame, so extra money and more delays getting the kitchen finished. i recently purchased a kitchen for my awkward small kitchen, i had approached quite a few well known kitchen companies and had no luck with them, i (not a kitchen designer) had to hold their hands and make logical suggestions as to where things should go, aswell as going over and over measurements as they got alot of things wrong, ignored items in the room that were physically present and unmovable, put windows/doors in the wrong place etc. Emily was the only one who actually knew what she was doing, listened to my requirements and was extremely responsive to my changes and ideas. I really cant recommend her enough.
