Jack provided GA4 training recently, he was well prepped, took time to answer questions and got the team excited to use Google Analytics again. A great training session that will help us massively in the future.

After contacting a number of agencies, Distinctly responded almost immediately and scheduled in a call. They gave me a plan of action off the back of the call which made it easier to say yes when choosing them as an agency. Everything they carried was completed within a timeframe they outlined ahead of starting the work, and they executed the work brilliantly providing options and rationale - this was key as we don't have this skill set/knowledge. They consistently problem solved for me so I didn't have to. They were pro-active and even suggested further updates. After completing the project, they presented back to me all outcomes and future recommendations. I was supported by a couple of people but Jack Goldsmith in particular was extremely helpful, on the end of a phone when needed, not patronising, knowledgeable and responded promptly. I couldn't fault the work carried out nor the service provided. The project management element was probably the most reassuring to me as a non-technical person in this area.
