Refused to honour the free one week of cover for our new car due to my wife's occupation - she's a classical musician. Nowhere in the offer that they promote does it say there are exclusions, see attached image. If there was an asterisk and a clause along the lines of 'exclusions apply' then I would have some sympathy, but there isn't. This seems like a very very weak excuse to get out of their obligations.
