        Noteworthy details: Simona the receptionist absolutely made our stay, she was so welcoming and friendly and fun. She was brilliant with our children even gave them a little present each!. It was my husbands bday whilst we were there and when we had our breakfast she brought party hats and a little cake with a candle and sang happy birthday to him!. She was just super!!

        Rooms: Absolutely filthy. Urine covered the bathroom walls. Bedroom walls were covered in body fluids and dirt. Absolutely disgusting After showing photos of the urine on the walls to the manager- and the filthy shower he did absolutely nothing. The towels stunk of dirty grease. I actually took it down to the reception. Excuses were made that they didnt have enough cleaning staff!!!

        Nearby activities: Theatre, pubs, restaurants and much more. Walkability: We had tickets at the local theatre which was walkable from the hotel. There are also many canal walks.
