Even continuing to train safely through injuries. Maria & Juraj run a friendly safe, clean gym and share a passion that sets them above. Knowledge guidance & support on your journey, whatever that might be is guaranteed with these two.

Juraj has- quite simply an excellent reputation and deservedly so. He lives, breaths and acts all things health. His knowledge and level of care is exceptional. We are lucky to have him and the gym so close.

        Juraj is transforming my body at an electrifying rate - I can't recommend his enough for his knowledge on form, hypertrophy, nutrition and recovery. If you're looking to either lose weight or gain muscle under the guidance of an expert who'll push you to your absolute limit, just get yourself here ASAP
