Dont waste your money with these incompetent fools, at risked a boiler due to flue in void. When there is clearly an inspection hatch next to the flue.

Unbelievable! I needed a boiler repaired - Rightgas or Plumbright whoever they are, asked me to stay home on 3 occasions 8am to 1pm, and nobody came. I lost 3 mornings off work due to their dishonesty and/or incompetence. When they did turn up ... they brought the wrong part ... 3 times! The exact same wrong part 3 times. Trust me save your time and avoid!

** Previous below is nothing to do with me! Very strange coincidence. Useless service from Plumbwright. Landlord has booked a gas safety certificate - I as the tenant have to arrange access for the engineer. Plenty of other companies would be happy to borrow keys from a local estate agent who holds a set of keys - this company refuse to, therefore I had to take a day off work. (already annoying to use a day of annual leave). On the day, I get a call from the engineer to say that he can't find a pay and display parking space. In fairness, there's not a he amount of spaces, however - I have never had to park more than approx. 250 yards from my front door, parking is limited but always available. The engineer says he'll have another look for a space and see me shortly. Instead he calls to say he can't find a space and that he's cancelled the job. I pleaded with him (didn't want to lose a days holiday in vain) - he refused to look for another space/ park in a residents bay when I'd offered to watch his van. (Fair enough protocol-wise, just thought I'd ty my luck). One wasted day off work - I called to re-book and explained what had happened previously. On re-booking wanted to make it very clear that it was unacceptable and I wouldn't be booking another day's annual leave lightly. All seemed to be understood - it was then re-booked for Wednesday 20th July. I called back on Tuesday the 19th to re-confirm and make sure that the engineer knew he'd have to find a pay and display space - I was then told that they'd double booked the engineer and that they'd have to cancel. More good customer service. I re-booked for Monday 25th July (needing to move my plans again and change the annual leave I'm taking). Call from the engineer today - he can't find a space and is therefore cancelling the job. The original job was booked through my landlord's insurance cover - I hope that it's possible to use a separate contractor. Plumbright/Rightgas have been absolutely useless - have wasted a lot of my/my landlords/their own time. Avoid - professionally speaking I know many companies that offer a credible level of service in stark contrast to this company.
