Horrible customer service! We ordered two milkshakes which were meant to come in 5 minutes. It has taken more than 25 minutes, resulting us asking for our shakes and the workers being rude and forgetting orders. Had to confirm twice the correct order! Dont come here. They speak nicely to adults but have realised they have attitude towards youngers. Go to indulges instead- never had a bad experience in there!

My partners brother offered us to order from here on Deliveroo, and after having had them before, i was excited at the idea of some nice sweet food. unfortunately thats not what i got. Some of the food never came, and the rest was cold and/or awful quality. they did send us a load of extra free ice cream (great? But theyre not going to be eaten?). (It also took over an hour to be made, which is silly as there was only three of us and it wasnt even all there?) As mine never came, i ordered it again and it was much quicker however my cookie dough was stone cold, tasted awful and the strawberries on top were bruised and mushy (not to ignore the fact they tasted awful - its a strawberry??? How can you ruin even that??) Very upset as theyve always been (at least) good and ive definitely never had two issues in a row, genuinely very upset :( To note: i wasnt able to get a refund for either issues - only offered the delivery for free (?) Update after typing this- finally got a half refund but i had to fight for it :((
