        We decided to sell our two bedroom flat in borehamwood which was new build with solicitors Edward, Willoby & Loch as recommended by our estate agency. Joyce was really professional polite and once sale process begin they handled all communication over email, phone in a efficient and timely manner. All there advice and recommendations helped move us along and all our enquires were dealt with promptly and Grace/Cathy in particular were always able to respond and keep us informed throughout the sale process. A really outstanding service and would highly recommend them. Thanks Kesh and Mili.

        We recently completed a purchase where James Buchanan of Edwards Willoby & Loch was our solicitor. James was very professional, courteous and reassuring during the conveyancing process. Due to the particular circumstances of the purchase, there were long periods of waiting followed by a very time pressured exchange and completion, with unresponsive solicitors on the other side. James maintained a calm manner and dealt with our requests efficiently, despite us calling regularly towards exchange! The firms legal reporting style is very clear and easy to digest and both James and Joyce were on hand to answer any questions we had. We knew we were in safe hands and feel very glad we chose to instruct this firm on our purchase. We would 100% recommend James, Joyce and EWL to anyone interested in buying or selling property.
