I went into M&S today about 13.30 and I noticed a man enter the store before me he put his jacket on and a flat cap. He picked up a box of wine and a single bottle of wine and walked straight out the shop. I was surprised there was no security on the door. I spoke to a member of staff and the member of staff thanked me but said the store was told they would not be getting a Security person. I continued with my shopping and saw the man again walk in the shop and pick up another box of wine. I so wanted to do do something but I didnt as I didnt know what he would have said or done. Surely if would pay to employ a Security Person as the shrinkage would be less
