Never had an issue , a great selection of cards , much nicer than other card shops , and handy to get printer ink , price a bit high but only too be expected . Would be nice if a bit bigger and more variety of items but good overall .

walked in the shop looking at the stuff and i acidentally spilt some water and a worker shouted at me and told me to leave. i tried to apoligise and wipe it up but he shouted at me and called me selfish. very disappointed, rude workers and bad service.

I needed to use the DHL service point to drop off a package. On approaching the assistant on the till I had to grab her attention. I got the impression that she was trying to look busy. When enquiring about the DHL service point service, she immediately informed me that I'd have to come back after half an hour when her colleague was expected to return from her break. There were other staff stocking shelves, so this excuse felt pathetic.
