        Great level 3 survey undertaken by Derek. Contained helpful information regarding scheduled rates for remedial works and refurbishments. I definitely would advise if your looking to renegotiate prior to exchange.

Derek was flexible with dates and provided an inspection very promptly. His report was thorough, informative and provided valuable and practical recommendations.         I recently used Redwing to do a L3 Structural survey for a house in Ickenham. This is by far the best report I have seen (I have had a number of them done on investment properties). It was clear, detailed, and any questions I had, Derek went through with me. There are some reviews here that I can see did not appreciate Dereks additional advice on the property as a whole, but this is exactly what is hard to find with other surveyors. On top of this, I think the price was competitive, and ultimately good value for the service provided. I cannot rate this service enough and highly recommend Derek and therefore, Redwing. Thank you again. Ravi
