Paul carried out our homebuyers survey. He was genuine and helpful throughout. He explained why we didnt need a more expensive survey and sent the report the following day which was informative, easy to understand and thorough. The whole process was quick, efficient and reasonably priced. We got lucky in finding this firm of surveyors and Im very glad we did. Their extensive experience showed.

Paul Harris carried out a survey for me and I am very impressed. The best comprehensive survey I have ever had for any of the many moves I have done. Very clearly set out with photos to accompany descriptions. I would have no hesitation in recommending the firm.

Do Not Use This Company is my advice They have cost me both time and money through their incompetency and arrogance. They were assigned by my mortgage lender to survey a tenanted property, which I am remortgaging. They agreed to a provisional date and time for the surveyor to attend, so that I could arrange the appointment with my tenants. The tenants confirmed, but when I confirmed with Trend & Thomas that the provisional booking was concrete it turned out that the booking had been given to someone else without informing me. I requested that the provisional booking be honoured as it was quite troublesome to reschedule with the tenant No apology was given by Trend & Thomas, but instead they insisted it was perfectly okay for a provisional booking to be cancelled without any notice or communication. I then started the process of rescheduling with my tenant, but then discovered Trend & Thomas had passed the case back to the mortgage lender and a different surveyor would be doing the valuation. This unnecessary delay to remortgage is costing me money on a higher interest rate and I am left wondering how a company can provide such awful service.
