Not a great experience with Bugler. I live on an estate where they are currently building several houses and they constantly block the road for deliveries to the construction site, between 8 and 9am when most people are going to work or doing school run. I am a carer and what with the workers blocking the only entrance and exit to the estate for more than half an hour at a time it has impacted many vulnerable people I look after and caused other residents to be late for work. When you call the site manager her never has the decency to answer or return your call. When I have expressed my frustration the workman role their eyes or laugh at me which is ironic because I dont they would be best pleased if the road they live on was blocked and preventing them from getting to work. They have no basic understanding what they do caused disruption to the residents lives. Maybe if I was a man the construction workers wouldnt laugh at me when Im emotionally telling them I could loose my job. Its also effected our parking and our sky signal because of the scaffolding but again the site manager has no time to help residents.!
