        Terrible customer service. Surly and unfriendly. Despite phoning and asking a question before attending the shop I still got told off three times by 2 different staff for the same thing, in front of other customers who agreed with me.

        Visited this branch today, not my local. saw a lovely pharmacy lady about lower back pain that was unbearable she was very attentive sat me down asked all the appropriate questions and really helped me find products that made a difference to my whole day came out of there full of praise.

        Terrible branch of boots, mainly down to the staffs incompetence. There is almost ALWAYS something wrong every time picking up prescriptions. They are now FORCING people to use patient access even although they shouldnt be forcing us!! Needs new management and has done for the last several years. Sick of using this boots
