        Good control around letting customers in to the branch, would be nicer if they 1. provided seating for elderly customers waiting to get in 2. surveyed the queue 3. had priority entrance/preferential attention timings for elderly customers 4. Provided better training to Sarah Clissold and Rachel Bird
