        Absolute scam. Incredibly poor service. Didnt prepare me for the procedure and the customer service team even worse. Waste of money, would never use again. Avoid at all costs.

        Hearing First = Complete con artists. Less than 1min inspection that cost just under 100. Hearing First will not offer me proof of HCPC status of Andrew Bean based in a Baker Street Chemist who "treated me". HCPC status of individual treating you is what is demanded by all Health insurers, not the one individual in the company that has not treated me (company Partner Jason Levy) Getting a signed or stamped receipt issued in PDF format has not been provided either. Requests made from Hearing First for over 3 months Looks like a public written complaint to The Times and/or Telegraph might be in order......

        Very nice and friendly staff, i got good advice from them. It was quick and painless. I just got the spray oil one day and it was enough to continue with the treatment

        Con Artists! I would give them 0 stars if I could! Take your money in advance for a service you don't end up needing when you get there yet keep 100% of the money you paid for look down both ears. Don't waste your time, go to a more ethical company that will look before they rob you.
