Amazing , I certainly would not recommend going anywhere else ! After being let down last minute by a competitor .Richmond Heritage home improvements came to my rescue and could not have done any better. Nothing was to much trouble . Following my enquiry , that same day Luke attended my property , and measured for the replacement of 11 sash windows, they were also able to provide an approx date for installation which was before Christmas, much to my relief. .John the owner attended a few times to check all was ok , a lovely personal service. Luke kept me updated and thanks to staff in the office who confirmed installation. Perfect! I felt very reassured and confident , and they are very professional , precise and friendly. The fitters , fabulous.! special thanks to Greg, Mick and Ryan , who obviously know what they doing, they again were professional, respectful and clean, nothing was to much trouble and made removing old sash windows look easy.
