        Enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely room and excellent breakfast. Great attention to detail in the rooms. David was very helpful and takes pride in what he is doing. Fabulous location to access Richmond. Well done. Food & drinks: Super breakfast and service was ace

        A delightful return to a lovely hotel. As always David very attentive as always to his guests needs, and so nice to see Wendy, who is part of the hotel and so nice to see her. Room outstanding in the Mousey Thompson suite- all mouse accounted for, beautiful breakfast. Really missed our evening meal there but there are some fabulous restaurants around Richmond for you to visit. Thank you to all for a lovely weekend, see you soon
