Jess has been amazing for me post baby number one. I had some pelvic issues and sometimes had to bring the little one to our training sessions. I really enjoyed her approach to training and techniques. She is very welcoming and listens to what you need. I then started Mums and Youngs classes which are a lovely chance to do phys with other mums and share in the challenges of fitness and your little ones latest challenges . Thanks Jess, if we move back up here I will definitely be back in touch.

I started with Mums and Youngs classes - I can not recommend these enough for mums to be, mums on maternity leave, mums with children at school or non mums who are available for a day time class. I didnt know Jess before I went and I had avoided mothers and baby style classes in the past. However, the studio fast became a safe place where I could work out with my baby there (so feel good) while also share how I was feeling (so feel good) without any judgement to a group of women who just understood. After that it was a slippery slope to becoming a total fan - I now do 3 sessions a week (2 x functional fitness and 1 x Saturday smash) - theres no baby in attendance (and a lot less baby talk) but there is still the same feeling - working out with an amazing bunch of people and feeling good!
